Hi,
I just wanted to tell every single parent/Tripawd/Angels and Heroes that you are constantly on my mind.
I pray continuously and I wish I can take away the pain we sometimes all feel. Alot of us have great days and I PRAY they continue.
We are at different stages/treatments/outcomes/faiths/geography; yet we are all the same.
I stayed on the site after Zeus died because of the constant support, love and friendship you all have given me, Belle and Angel Zeus.
Sometimes we forget to tell the people we love how we feel; I love you guys, I love your Tripawds/Angels/Heroes and I will continue to read, post and pray!
Deb
Thank you!!! This is a wonderful community, and has been so helpful to me. I really appreciate those of you who have stayed connected and offered support, even after your companion's journey has ended.

Hugs to you Deb!!! You are good people!!!! 🙂
This place is a special and safe place for many of us ... we keep coming back after a loss since we are supported here ... no matter if it's 2 months or (almost) 2 years... no limit on grief. I 100% believe I would not have survived the loss of Shelby w/out the love and support of the amazing people here ....
Much love to you! Zeus is always looking after you!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
