Ohhhh Gaby, we are so sorry you had to leave us now. We were looking forward to getting to meet you this summer at our Tripawds pawty. Well, I know that all of our Angel Tripawds are anxiously waiting to play with you. They arranged lots of snow at the Bridge, just for you!
Joanie and Doug, we send our deepest condolences and all our love. This decision is incredibly hard, but you were so brave and really did right by your girl. We hope you'll take comfort in knowing that she did not suffer and left this earth with dignity. Gaby was so luck you to have you for pawrents.
Hugs, hugs and more hugs coming your way....

I'm so sorry. It doesn't matter how many posts you have here- every tripawd is a warrior and will be missed by this community.
The house is so quiet that first night- but listen closely and I bet Gaby will have something to say. I hope the happy memories bring some peace during this very difficult time.

Every day is a gift.....I'm glad that you had lots of extra days with your sweetie. I'm also sad that those days came to an end. Thank you for sharing Gaby with us. She is playing with the best of them, that is for sure!
Hugs,
Lisa
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

We are so sorry for your loss. Thank you for being so kind and loving to your baby and for taking such good care of her when she needed you so much. She was a very lucky girl. Warm thoughts to you during this difficult time.
Lisa, Greg and Zeus
Zeus was a Husky mix diagnosed with Osteosarcoma at age 11. A visible lung met and suspicious spot on his liver meant a poor prognosis-six weeks was our vet's best guess. We decided to fight for our boy and his right front leg was amputated on 12/1/11. We did six rounds of chemo, changed his diet and spoiled him completely rotten. We were blessed with 10 great months after diagnosis. Against the odds, the lung met remained a single met and grew very little over those months. A wonderful furbaby with the most gentle spirit, he fought with a strength that we never imagined he possessed. We have no regrets...

I'm so so sorry for your loss. My heart always breaks when I read about another one of our tripawd heros crossing the bridge. I'm glad that you have peace with this as difficult as this is. Take comfort in knowing that you gave her the best life possible and you gave each other the greatest gift possible - unconditional love. She will always be in your heart forever. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Our deepest condolences.
Kami, Angel Mackenzie
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
So, so sorry to read of your Gaby's passing. Sweet Gaby, you were such a beautiful girl and were so brave.
Sending biggest huggs to you both

I was terribly sad to hear you lost your beautiful Gaby. You sound like you are continuing to be strong for Gaby and have managed to find some sort of peace knowing you did everything you could, even letting her move on when it was time for her to go. Thinking of you today as you grieve for Gaby.
Scout: January 31, 2002 to November 7, 2011
Scout's diagnosis was "poorly differentiated sarcoma"; amputation 1/11/2011. Scout enjoyed 9 fantastic years on 4 legs and 9 glorious months on 3 legs. If love alone could have saved you…
