You've done so much for us, too. Or least I know how much you've done for me. You and Pattie helped me through this, the first week. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And you already know how I feel about this hike and by golly I can't sugar coat how much I'll miss you! I hope to see you back in my inbox/on the phone and/or here by the 3rd week of March!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Hi Brett,
I just wanted you to know how much you and Pattie have meant to me during my time of loss too. Your support has been so amazing and not just to me, but to all of us here including our dear friend Ge'Lena. I heard through the grapevine that you will be on your way and I want to wish you only the best for this next journey in your life. I'm sure Fortis will be there in spirit to accompany you and make sure you're ok. Just know that we will all miss you! And please let Pattie know that we'll be here for her during your travels.
Kami, Angel M and Kobe
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
