Last night our hearts were broken when we learned that today is the day that Brendol's spirit will be set free.
If you missed her mom's blog post, here it is:
Brendol, you and your pack are in our thoughts today. Your spirit will always shine brightly here and everywhere.
Sally and Happy Hannah also want you to know:
" . . . we honor the lives of ALL tripawd heroes who have crossed over. Please know that their lives still matter. May the light of this candle remind each of you that nothing can ever dim the brilliant light of their soul."

Christine..... with Franklin in her heart ♥
Franklin, he was the Happiest Dog on Three Legs! Diagnosed 09/26/2012 with Osteosarcoma, amputated 12/4/2012. Had a wonderful 5 1/2 months painfree until he ran for the Bridge on 5/15/2013. Always in my heart, and always a guardian angel of my pack... You can follow his Tripawd Adventures, before and after, in my blog, Frank'n'Farter!
Brendol, RIP little girl. Your mommy will miss you dearly. Run free until its time to meet her again at the bridge. Enjoy all those bubbles that you will have everyday.
Karma,I know this is really tough on you. We are all here to support you. Sassy & I send love to you and your whole pack.
A beautiful tribute to all the tripawds that Sally & Hannah did.

Karma, I know this is so incredibly hard and I am so very sorry you are in this place. Brendol and you have touched many hearts here. Know that you have support and love, and don't be afraid to use it.
For now, just know that we all love Brendol. She is the center of your heart, but she is too big to contain there. We all carry so many in our hearts, and Brendol and you are there.

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.

My heart is just completely broken. I wish I could be there with you to give you a big hug. Karma, you gave Brendol a beautiful, wonderful life. You saved her. I know it hurts so much right now and no words can make it any better. Know that we are all here for you. I don't have the right words to say. Just know I am here for you, whatever you need.
All my love,
Erica
Jill is a 9-year-old tuxedo kitty. She was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in June 2012 on her toe in her right hind leg. Thank you everyone. Brendol and I (and her sisters) had a peaceful day. I kept her pain free and comfortable, showered in kisses and resting in my arms. She was a happy girl and so very strong even on our way to the vet's this afternoon. It is so very hard to digest that she is truly gone. I feel like I just have to go pick her up from somewhere.
Everybody's well wishes and thoughts have been very touching to me. Thank you for all of your love and support.
Adelaide is a young tripawd Husky, from an injury. Her amp was on 10/1/12. She has 4 sisters, Aissa (a senior border collie/chow), Maggie May (a puppy Great Pyrenees), Mathilde and Morrigan and 1 baby brother, Bagheera. We are all watched over by our angel Brendol, who was dx with OSA 1/30/13, amp on 2/6/13, and left us on 8/20/13.

Karma, I am so sorry. Thank you for being a wonderful mama to Brendol, and for giving such a beautiful girl a life--and a passing--filled with the kindness, joy, and love she deserved.

I'm so sorry to hear this news. It breaks my heart each time a tripawd angel earns their wings. If I've learned anything it's that this community is here to lean on and to share your triumphs and tears. Stories like yours, Karma, make me cherish every day. You're in my thoughts, Heather
Barret was diagnosed with Hemangiopericytoma May 16, 2013. Front left leg/scapula/pectoral muscle was amputated on June 11, 2013 and we've never looked back. Follow our story on http://barret.t.....pawds.com/ and read my column on That Pet Blog
Karma,
I'm so very sorry that it is Brendol's time to make her journey to Rainbow Bridge. In time, may happy memories of your girl bring smiles and fill the huge empty hole in your heart.
Godspeed sweet Brendol. Run free with all of the heroes that have gone before you. Please send your mommy pennies so she knows that you arrived safely.
Wishing you peace, strength, and comfort until you are all reunited again...

Karma, I know how hard this was for you. I know you wanted more time. You gave Brendol a wonderful life and my heart aches for you.
I wish I had something wise to say but after reading this post and Sassy's I'm out of words. I've been thinking of you today.
