It is with great sadness we let you know that Abby joined her fellow Tripawd Heroes at the bridge today.
I'm sure she is a gorgeous angel. We miss her so much already. Our hearts are shattered.
I will write more later but wanted to let you all know. I know you all loved her too. She was a very special girl.

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Tears are running down my face as I share just how sorry I am! Abby is definitely a beautiful, beautiful heavenly angel. I'm so sorry for your pain. Abby had the most amazing spirit - brought out by her two amazing parents. You gave her such a blessed life!
Please hang in there! Run free Abby, run free!
xoxo Sue
Jackie & Mike:
We're heartbroken to read about Abby, and so sorry we'll never get to meet her now. There's nothing harder than what you had to do today, and we know what you're going through right now. Please know we're thinking of you, and you can call or PM us anytime. Goodbye Abby. Play long and hard with Max at the bridge.

You did the hard thing, the right thing, the loving thing. You helped your angel put on her wings and then you gave her a boost so she could fly. Many, many hearts will break with the loss of Abby. No one could love their best friend as much as you loved Abby. Thank you for loving her enough to give her peace.

From abandoned puppy to Tripawd Warrior Dude, Dakota became one of the 2011 February Furballs due to STS. Our incredibly sweet friend lived with grace and dignity till he impulsively raced over the Bridge on 12-15-12.
Dakota's thoughtful and erudite blog is at http://shari.tr.....pawds.com/
We're so sorry to read this. We are sending big hugs across the miles to you.
Holly, Zuzu and Susan
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Jackie and Mike, we are so sorry and our hearts break for you.
Thank you for sharing Abby with us, what an amazing spirit and beautiful girl.
Abby is now free and hanging at the beach, running amuk and having a big 'ol time.
We're here if you need us, take care of each other.
Here's to a very special and wonderful girl.

Jackie & Mike,
I am so sorry to hear about Abby. Every time I read about an inspirational tripawd crossing the bridge, I tear up. The Rainbow Bridge must be a fantastic place to be with all of our wonderful warriors & princesses running pain free. It helps me to think about the wrestling matches, barking contests, 4 legged races and feasts being enjoyed by all. It must be quite a sight to see.
I know it is hard but as the days pass, you will smile more and cry less.
Hugs,
Tara
Oh Jackie... I am so sorry that you had to say goodbye (for now) to your precious Tripawd Warrior Princess. Abby was such a very special soul and was so lucky to have such wonderful parents. She fought long and hard like a true warrior. Bless you for making her last days on earth so special. My thoughts and prayers are with you tonight. Run free on the beach, sweet angel Abby. We love you!

Jackie, Abby will be missed by so many! She was such a warrior! Her inspiration will carry on and on and you can continue to be so proud of her. There just are no words to say that can ever change what you feel , but please know that we are here with you!
