Dakota had her front right leg amputated last month on the 4th.. She is a 70lb Great Pyr BMD mix.

She was doing GREAT! And then she slowly started to lay around a looooot. When she eats (Elevated dishes) she seems to have discomfort in her rear legs, dancing back and forth from one leg to the other. She still walks around, albeit slow, able to get up and down the stairs, squat to pee, etc... I also noticed her rear paws were kinda pointing outwards, but no swelling or anything... Any ideas? My vet is closed and after the $3600 I just spent on dakotas surgery I cant afford to take her to an emergency center or I wont be able to buy gas to get to work. (Which makes the money to continue taking care of her.) I have some leftover tramadol from when she had surgery I was thinking about giving her to help ease the discomfort.

She certainly could be having some rear leg or spinal discomfort.  Tramadol should not hurt (I would give 50 to 100 mg 2 to 3 times daily). I would also ask your vet about an NSAID such as Rimadyl or Metacam if she is not on one since that can reduce inflammation and Tramadol is just for pain.
