CUTENESS ALERT!!! EXTREME CUTENESS COMING YOUR WAY!!!!

This is my girl Violet fast asleep on my feet as I made lunch. She is never far behind me. I love having a shadow and a Momma's girl again! Lily must have told her I'd be missing that. :)  laughing

AWWWWWWWWW!!

Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!

UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!

So sweet!!!!!!! I don't think any of us can doubt that those kids at the bridge send us just what we need :)

Gosh, we're in Annapolis too, with our Pyr mix tripawd Ellie (just introduced ourselves this weekend). Your Lily looks adorable. Good luck!

Denise.

Denise, what a small world! Where did you have Ellie's amputation done? We were at the Chesapeake Veterinary Surgical Specialist with Dr. Roa. He was great. Our normal vet is over at Annapolis Animal Hospital. So glad Ellie is doing better. I tried to look at her photo album but couldn't get in. Nice meeting you!

We had Dr. Prostredney but we did meet Dr. Roa. Our normal vet is at Greater Annapolis---not sure if that is the same as you or not.

A couple of folks have had trouble w/ the album but other haven't so I'm not sure how to fix it!

Sorry I got the names mixed up----Lily was your Golden and Violet is your new Pyr mix? She's very cute.

I'm going to try to link a photo direct from dropbox. This is her 'I'm not wearing this stupid thing' look:

Active 10+ Pyr mix suddenly came up lame with ACL tear in left rear leg. Scheduled for a TPLO but final pre-op x-rays indicated a small suspicious area, possibly OSA, which could have caused the ACL tear. Surgeon opened the knee for TPLO but found soft bone. Biopsy came back positive for OSA. Became a Tripawd 9/18/14. Carbo6 with Cerenia and Fluids. Pain free and living in the moment. Crossed the Bridge on 7/12/15 after probable spread of cancer to her cervical spine. A whole lifetime of memories squeezed into 10 months. Here's her story: Eloise
