Sending good juju to you from Chicago! All 7 paws are crossed, as are some eyes too! Oh, and all fingers and toes!
Hugs,
Holly, Zuzu and Susan
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Thanks guys! I knew we could count on you.... unfortunately, we can also count on cancer to be a bad-ass, and even the threat of Tripawd whuppass didn't slow it's evil forward march for the Woo. Right now, we're both tired, and I'm beyond devastated, but I will post additional details when I feel up to it... For now, I'm gonna take some Advil to silence the jackhammers behind my eyeballs, and I'm gonna drink some wine to help me not think about it for a little bit...

I'm so sorry to see this news. We were all so hoping for good news for the Woo.
Sending virtual hugs your way. Try to get some rest and let us know what's going on when you feel up to it. I hope Rio is still feeling OK, even though you got some bad news today.

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
oh, I am sad. I am so sorry. Give her a big hug from Sammy and me. Love and big hugs you both, remember, she is still here, right now, she is still here.

we can only say, have the wine, then snuggle with the wonderful woo, and try to have a long medicinal nap. tomorrow will be tomorrow...for now, you have the woo and that's enough. hugs to you all, we're always here for you.

Hang in there, girl. The journey is not an easy one, and there are unexpected bumps along the road. Be kind to yourself and give the Woo some extra attention - it will make you both feel better. We are all here for you. ((hugs))
