YIKES! That is a weird glowing green alien worm thing, not a slug... PS: Jackie, slugs don't bite much, unless you're lettuce!

When I first looked at the picture, though, I thought it was a little kid dressed up for Halloween.... Maybe I should put my glasses back on?

Just in case, I'm glad I can run faster than a head of lettuce!

And Geez Louise Jerry! Terrify a person!!! There outta be a warning above that photo.

ugh (This is the closest emoticon I could find to a shudder)

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!

How did a thread talking about how cool Rio looks morph into a slug discussion....?  Oh never mind.

Since we are talking slugs- I used to live on the north coast of CA and we had some pretty big banana slugs.  They are big enough to be trip hazards!!  In fact Rio's new collar would be only slightly big on some of those suckers.

Hahahahaha! All of these discussions take on a life of their own....

I saw one of those big Bananas just today... I was thinking about fitting it for a saddle, but they move so SLOOOOOW!
