Love Never Ends
I'm so sorry. You are all in my thoughts and prayers today.
Lisa
Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end. On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

As I was logging in today to give you all an update, guess who's picture was on the banner...Skyler. It's her way of letting us know that she is ready to greet Chloe at Rainbow Bridge.
We got the call from the doctor today that it is hemangiosarcoma. There is a very large tumor on her heart.
We have decided to let Chloe go with dignity, as we did for her sister Skyler. It will be in the same room, as we think Skyler's spirit is there.
We don't want Chloe to suffer, and she could go at any time...today, tomorrow, next week. We want to be with her in the end, to comfort her, to show her how much we love her.
The Golden Girls era is coming to an end, and that is just too sad for words.
Thanks to all of you for your support & comfort. It means the world to us.
Cathy & Jane
Oh Cathy and Jane.
It's so not fair. This is just so upsetting and gutwrenching. You guys have been through so much in the past year and especially in the last few weeks with Jane's dad being critical and your cancer. It just seems so unbelievable.
I ache inside for your two but there is nothing that will ever end the era of "The Golden Girls".
Lots of love coming your way. I hope you feel it because it is there.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Jane and Cathy
We are deeply sorry, and can't even imagine...
Bless you for finding the strength to make such a hard decision. May your girls run free in the heavens forever. Many, many hugs coming your way.
