Oh wise, fearless and muy macho leader, MonkeyButt Bunny Vampire Pirate - I have received my helmet and am ready for battle!
Now, if someone would just turn the lights back on, I could maybe see some Tripawds and go terrorize them!
I await my orders, fearless and oh-so-cute leader!Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
Good to see you MB Bunny Rita; you have been very quiet on the forums since Mom spilled the beans about you. We were wondering if your pawrents failed the home visit and you were returned to the shelter Must say, you look less than thrilled about being a monkeybutt. Adorable, but not thrilled... Maybe dancing shoes are more your style.
Scout: January 31, 2002 to November 7, 2011
Scout's diagnosis was "poorly differentiated sarcoma"; amputation 1/11/2011. Scout enjoyed 9 fantastic years on 4 legs and 9 glorious months on 3 legs. If love alone could have saved you…
oooh, rita you look WONDERFUL in your monkeydog helmet!!! (melanie's seemed a bit big too, perhaps monkeydog girls are just petite by nature...). can't wait til we can meet up in battle, flanking the tripawds (they can't turn on a dime like us) and have domination over the universe!!!!! you will make it easy to have sweet dreams for this monkeyboy tonight!!
squirrel boy sam, head of the ET syndicate
She soooo cute! MB Toby would love to help her give tripawds a hard time! He does find trying to hump (although he is neutered) a tripawd a little strange. He keeps trying to mount her, sniffs the area and looks confused and gives up. Baby's thrilled ... he can be a real nuisance!
Yay to all the Monkey Butts who keep our tripawds entertained!

MB Bunny Rita,
You can terrorize me anytime...and I am a tripawd too!!!
If you don't think that you can keep up with me, feel free to send me a Flying Dutchman or 2 (my mommy says we don't have that burger place here)!!!
No chocolate kisses for you though! Hee Hee!!!!

OH! OH! OH! OH! My Brazilian Monkey Schmookins! You are beautiful!!!
Like Squirrel Boy Sam said - we are ready to flank! (may have to look up that word - might be an East TN. colloquialism!!!) But I'm ready!
Don't worry my, sweeter than peanut butter Senorita........I never trust the "One Size Fits All". I'm sure your head is just "perfect"!
Mine is bit big too... Maybe they are making them for big headed dogs? And we are far from being big headed!

I received this super secret communique from sweet puppy Wrigley, who is soon to be born. This is what he said — so don't bite me, you MonkeyButts!
"Please tell me — since we are wearing them on our heads, why are we called MonkeyButts????"
Sincerely,
Wiggy Wrigley
P.S. He also wanted to know where to buy the darling helmets. OK, so now we are just kissing up …

Golden retriever, diagnosed with osteosarcoma in September 2010 — right front leg amputated November 2010. He fought valiantly to stay with us; but a second diagnosis of osteosarcoma, this time in his left front leg, was more than our golden warrior could overcome. He loved his pack — and everyone else he met.
We loved him even more.
Thanks for the pennies, Sammy. They helped.
Wrigley baby, I hope not to shock you at such a tender age - but they are called Monkeybutts because their butts are.... nah - can't say until you are older.
And I'm sure you will not be one of them
Loves you
Lylee Girl - TWP furever!
PS Rita sweetie, remember your sister Angel Abby is watching you - be a good girl
(MBBVP is not always what he makes himself out to be)

Mommy said she found them at Small-beans…some place that sells drugs to calm her down. No! Wait…she is telling me that she gets drugs AND lipstick there!………………….What????! Wait a second……….NO, now she is saying it's Small-greens! Oh good grief……….hang on.
"Is it Small-greens or Small beans, mommy?"………………Oh for gosh sakes….it's not even "Small", it's "Wall" !!!!!!!!!!!!!
She got them at Wall Beans.
Thanks, Monkeybutt-Bunny Vampire Pirate! We will definitely take a trip to Wall Beans to get the official helmet. I, too, get drugs and lipstick at the Monkey Butt supply store.
Wrigley will be sooooooo proud to wear a monkey on his head, although he will probably have to be carried in it at first. He will report for duty somewhere around the first or second week of April!
Wrigley says (chatty little guy for an unborn puppy, isn't he?): "Lylee Girl, if you weren't an older woman ... grrr, you are hot! MB Bunny Rita, will you wait for me? I just know I am going to be very handsome — and modest, too."
