Yes! Here she is when I took her home 2 years ago after the surgery to remove her cancer leg:
And here she is today, lounging on the bed. Unfortunately she's constipated. She doesn't look like it though, does she?
Hmmm, maybe she does. She looks somewhat thoughtful. I took her in to the vet today so hopefully we'll get things working again soon. She doesn't seem uncomfortable and is still very happy and thrilled with the canned food the vet send home with her. He's always wheedling his way into her heart.
She's been enjoying the sunny days outside by the ferns and bushes keeping cool and rolling around in the bark mulch.
We couldn't be happier. Life is good. We wish you all many 3-legged years with your furry ones.

She's so beautiful! Even when feeling backed up!!
Happy milestone anniversary to you and Mona.

On October 27, 2016, nearly 6 months after amputation, and 18 months since his cancer likely started, we lost Pofi to a recurrence of Soft Tissue Sarcoma in his spine quite suddenly. His canine sister also succumbed to cancer on March 1, 2019 - we lavished her with our love in the interim, but life was never quite the same without her only real canine friend. Cliff kitty had to leave us, too, suddenly, in August 2019. Lucia kitty grieved all these losses, but helped us welcome two new Lurchers into our home and our lives, Shae and Barley.
Wow! Two years? Where did the time go?! Mona, every day you amaze us with your grace and beauty, you are truly a rock star in the Tripawds Universe! Super duper congrats to you and your pawesome Momma for reaching this huge milestone. Thank you for all you do to welcome other members, kitty or not, and share your wisdom.
(I hope you get things moving again soon!)

October 15, 2000 to April 8, 2014
Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Hoppy Ampuversary Mona! That's so awesome!

Mona and I thank you all for your kind words and encouragement for , although Mona informs me that kitty looks more like Almond Roca when found in the litter box.
I've learned so much from Mona and all of you. The spirit, encouragement, empathy and kindness of this community is heart-warming. Mona is a star in so many ways and to be honest I didn't know she had that much spunk. I've also learned so much from her vet who allows her to guide him and he just follows.
Of course I'm looking forward to many more years with Mona and some evidence of
