Ha ha! I met my husband online 11 years ago, so I know what you mean!
Daisy, 12 years young, had left forelimb amp on 5/19/2010 due to osteosarcoma. She left her body behind and joined the other spirit tripawds on 7/16/2010.
So grateful for each day with her!
Lexi (Daisy's momma)
Congratulations to you and Sunny! She is a beauty, and sounds pawsome!
Hugs,
Holly, Zuzu and Susan
Holly joined the world of tripawds on 12/29/2009. She has a big little sister, Zuzu, who idolizes Holly and tries to make all of her toys into tripawds in Holly's honor. And she's enjoying life one hop at a time!

Oh Lexi......she is beautiful!
I am a *shelter troller* with an emphasis on golden and labrador retrievers. It would floor you to know how many of these beautiful purebred dogs end up there and because they're not puppies, they're not quickly adopted. Thankfully, my fellow trollers and I have about a 95% success rate in getting them out....whew!
When I lost my rescued labbie boy Carson 1.5 yeas ago to OSA, he took such a huge chunk of my heart with him. I had always rescued goldens up until I found him on death row in a shelter and the rest, as they say, is history. And then last December, Carson guided me to a shelter where I found a 9 year old labbie girl (Kona) who had been confiscated from her owner and he was arrested and charged with cruelty and neglect. It's been a long 7 months, but she is healing.........and she's helped my heart heal. Like you said, Sunny is not a replacement for Daisy and Kona cannot replace my Carson.....but her sweet spirit has helped to soothe a broken heart.
I wish for you and this beautiful girl a long, happy life together!
And somewhere at the Rainbow Bridge, I think sweet Daisy is doing the happy dance 🙂

So happy for you and your new family member Sunny. She's beautiful! What a lovely face and name too. I'm sure you'll both be bringing each other lots of sunshine into your lives. Congratulations!
Kami (Mackenzie's Mom)
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
