Today is Jilly Bean's five month ampuversary! I am really at a loss for words at the continued amount of luck I feel as to how well she is doing and the way she inspires me and continues to fight this thing with a sense of bravery and courage I myself would never be able to have. I feel truly blessed that our journey has, thus far, been for the most part smooth sailing with the exception of a few chemo postponements for low white blood cells, but I barely even count that, those were more like small hiccups in the road.
Once again I have to thank this community for all of your support and advice. Jill and I would surely have had a much more difficult journey if not for you all. And now for some recent pictures:

Joan and Lily
Our beautiful Lily was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her front leg on 12/14/11 at age 8 and had amp on 12/16/11. She completed 5 rounds of carbo. She was so brave and kicked cancer's butt daily! She lived life fully for 4 years, 3 months, and 15 days after her amp. My angel is a warrior princess. I miss her so much.

Jill, you are on a history making journey for kitty cats with one whisker and HUGE paws The camera doesn't lie...Jill has prehistoric mammoth paws. And you know why Erica? Because she uses those paws to bat away any stupid old disease like she's batting away a nat:-) BOOM:-) Say 'bye, bye gnat'---you just got served your marching papers by THE Fighting Machine JILL!!
Make no. Mistake about it Erica--the bond you two have is giving g her the strength and courage to do what she needs to do to get many, many more birthday cakes:-) She can just cup her paws (did I mention HUGE?) and put a few scoops of ice cream in each:-)
More pictures.....especially dressed up!!:-)
Happy Hannah and I are celebrating by dancing to........ROCKY.......Jill's feeling strong now~~~~~~
