BECAUSE ……….SHE MADE ME! She threatened to pinch my little white cheek or poke me with a knitting needle if I didn't! I'm only doing what I'm told to do so I don't get hurt!

Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. thank you all so very, very much!! it was a rainy day here in ET...great for knitting (tap, tap, tap) with gayle napping on my feet - truly heaven on earth. i am so blessed to call each and every one of you my friends, go figure that such a tragic beginning like cancer could bring us to where we are now.
as for you mr. butt-bunny.....you know i'd never poke you with a needle...but gayle and i have been eyeing that beautiful fur of yours...i'm thinking if abby could hold you down, and we could shave a bit of it - what great yarn we could spin!!! we could make the ultimate tripawd ornament out of monkeybutt yarn!!!! just saying, better sleep with one eye open....buzzzzz, here come the clippers.....

Hey, we're a little late but we're here! Dakota howls on command (request?) so he has yowled and we pretended it sounded like Happy Birthday. Didja hear it? Probably. And we dug around for human treats and found M & Ms, so Aidan and I celebrated for you and did not share with any doggies! As Aidan says, too-bad-so-sad, but it's for you this time! I hope the next year is wonderful, phenomenal and as special as you are!

Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
