Yup, Granny Kay's been at it again and this time she made a blanket in Riley's memory since she is no longer with us....
The word blue side says "princess" (if it doesn't zoom in close enough) which is what Riley was called by those around here who knew her. It is such a beautiful and wonderful gift and I am so thankful to have received it...
I have done alot of thinking as to what to call Riley now that she is in doggie heaven so I have come up with.....Beautiful Tripawd Angel Warrior Princess.......too much?
I figure we still gotta keep up with munkey-mutt ......
beautiful, just like BTWAP riley!!
charon & gayle
Life is good, so very, very good!!! Gayle enjoyed each and every moment of each and every wonderful day (naps included). She left this world December 12, 2011 – off on a new adventure.
Love Never Ends
Beautiful Tripawd Angel Warrior Princess sounds pretty great to me!
What a nice gift!
Jackie, Abby's mom
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Tripawds blog, and a more detailed blog here. Please also check out my novel, What the Dog Ate. Now also in paperback! Purchase it at Amazon via Tripawds and help support Tripawds!
It is beautiful! (I didn't see it until now!)
It's the least we could do for our Beautiful Tripawd Warrier Princess Riley and her family! Granny Kay adds a little granny love hug to each one...
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Granny Kay is awesome, the love she puts in her quilts is evident. Coopers quilt was loved and used by him to the end, and it has been retired and hangs over the back of my couch. Beautiful Tripawd Warrior Princess is just perfect to call her too!

the monkeydogs only THINK they have invaded the tripawd state
Did Granny Kay get my email? she never responded back so I just wondered.
Yes! She did. The computer is still a bit new to her but she is catching on pretty good. She usually calls me after I send her an email telling me she got my email! And she did call me and told me about getting a sweet email from you!

Like Coop's, Trouble's quilt hangs over our loveseat. I just like seeing it.
