It was 86 degrees here in Michigan today so we took the furkids to the beach.  For those of you still wondering if amputation is an option...take a look at Levi.  He chased sticks in the water a 100 times today, wrestled with his brother, and dug holes in the sand! Enjoy

Levi was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma 7-7-11
Ampuversary 10-14-11
Lung Mets Discovered 1-4-12. Chemo seemed to not be working so we switched to Artemisinin and other supplements. In May, Levi developed a sinus infection and started having seizures. The cancer had moved to his brain. We let him go 6-26-12.

Yup, I got a good giggle out of that one too.  Koa had never been to the beach and he kept digging and digging.  It was a fun day.

Never been to the beach? Wow! That was a special day. Now you're going to need to go back all the time!

This beach (and most of them on Lake Michigan) doesn't allow dogs but since it was so early in the year there was no one there to yell at us. LOL

Good for you! I get so growly when I see "no dogs on the beach" signs!

Wonderful pictures - such a fun day! No dogs on the beach is my "pet" peeve too....seems so silly....such a perfect place for dogs! From June through September when our beaches become off limits, it's a $500 fine...crazy! So gglad you had a great day! Xo Sue
