Ok Mom. That sad desperate face absolutely deserved ice cream. . .
Otis - 106 pound lab/Dane mix, lost his right front leg to osteosarcoma on Febuary 9, 2016. Four rounds of carboplatin completed in April, 2016. Lung mets August 25, 2016. Said goodbye too soon on September 4, 2016. Lost his adopted sister, Tess, suddenly on October 9, 2016. likely due to hemangiosarcoma.
Wherever they are, they are together.
We were in Cascais but then Mom said I MUST see this beautiful garden in Lisbon called Gulbenkian where she used to go to when she was a young lady ...
She said she was totally sure I would enjoy it enormously so off we went !
When we got there I really liked the look of it, so much so I decided to have a pee so all other dawgs would know I was around and then ... the security guard came and said dawgs are not allowed .... damn !!!!
Mom made a case for me and this chap was really apologetic but apparently there are a lot of small children who visit regularly with their schools so they want to make sure there are no traces of pee and poop around ...
Anyway ...
So, we decided to have a stroll around instead and it paid off because we met some more wonderful humans such as Carlos and his friend
I retained Carlos name and not his friend's (I am a little ashamed to admit
) only because he was holding some totally yummy and delightful meat "croquettes" in a paper packet in his hand 
and I was hoping at least one would end up in my mouth ...
