1874 and 1930 were terrible years as the river flooded to the levels shown on the column ...
What puzzled Mom was the fact both occurred in June, she would have thought Winter would be more likely than Summer time for heavy flooding ...

But, says Mom, I bought you some really, really yummy treats at the petrol station, the kind of treats you only have once a year ...
