I wrote a blog post with a bit more information.
Karen (and the wolf in Pug-Mutt clothing)
Tri-pug Maggie survived a 4.5 year mast cell cancer battle only to be lost to oral melanoma.
1999 to 2010
What test did you use Karen? I would love to get Jasper's genetic testing done. I suspect she might have some chihuahua in her (as much as I try and deny it).
I can totally see the Brussel's Griffin now that you mention.
and yes, agree w/Sally ... 110% adorabs!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Ill just jump in. EMBARK........And it's the same one Gato and seceral othersr used
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!
Thanks Sally, yes these results are from Embark.
Besides Gator I know Megastar had her DNA tested at Embark, and Manni is waiting on his results.

Well .. it would appear all the "cool kids" are doing it! And since I googled it, now my Google ads keep popping up with a discount for EMBARK. It must be a sign!
Thank you!

What? No Beagle at all? That is so funny! I agree that test is faulty...they forgot the Adorable gene percentage.
Wyatt's DNA test came back as "German Shepherd." Duh.

Guardian of Manni the Wonderdog. -Or was it the other way around?
Osteo and amputation in Dec 2015. Second, inoperable, primary osteosarcoma found in June 2017.
The end of our adventures came Dec 10, 2017. 2 years to the day.
So Elly's Mum was basically a pug with a little pinch of Brussels Griffon? And her Dad was half chihuahua? It was a love match, clearly, and who would have thought they'd give birth to a little wolf cub?
Were you told anything re Jasper, Alison? My money's on a good helping of Basenji... Will be very interesting to see.
And Manni must have Collie in there somewhere, no?
It can be hard to see, the way the breed mixes turn out. I never saw the Rottweiler in Meg (50%), though now I know that it's there, I do see it very clearly, both physically and in behaviour.
Ruby, Staffy, born June 2022, became a Tripawd, November 2023, adopted January 2024.
Also Angel Tripawd Meg (aka The Megastar), who died in April 2023, aged 14, after seven glorious years on three, and Angel Staffies Elsie Pie and Bille. In the pawprints of giants...
Anyone wanna bet?? 💵😊
my money's on Aussie-Husky-shepherd-wolf...

I'll see your German Shepherd and I'll raise you a Bernese Mountain dog.

*sigh*
yeah, that's actually what we originally thought he'd turn out to be (size-wise). Nope. Hold your money onthat front. There is an Aussi coloring that exactly like that, too. I think Manni's too small for a Bernese.... hang on, tina, Meg's a Rottie....😳😳
never mind me.
Bets are on, people!! 😊

Funny you should say that! Actually ... that is what they told me when I met and rescued her. She is not full basenji (no curly tail but it sure is bushy) and I think she looks like an Australian Kelpie so I am curious to find her mix. She doesn't do the full basenji yodel but she does yodel in the morning (just once while I am getting her leash) and at night when I get home from work if I am not quick enough to put her leash on her. It's cross between a whine and a yodel. I do wish she would do it more often so I could video it.
