This video was posted to Facebook by the clinic where Murphy does his physical therapy. Even though the dogs are not Tripawds, I figured the video was a sure fire laugh getter for anyone who needs one today. I have watched it several times already and am still laughing. There are no English subtitles, but it doesn't make a bit of difference. I am pretty certain that the Golden is actually a Lab in disguise.
This funny clip shows a timed competition where dogs race past treats and diversions to their person. Watch the Golden Retriever's dash to the finish line --warm up on this chilly November day with a little laugh!
Kathi and Murphy
Murphy is a five year old Lab/Chessie cross. He was hit by a car on 10/29/12 and became a Tripawd on 11/24/12. On 2/5/13, he had a total hip replacement on his remaining back leg. He has absolutely no idea that he has only three legs!
UPDATE: Murphy lived his life to the fullest, right up until an aggressive bone lesion took him across the Rainbow Bridge on April 9, 2015 and he gained his membership in the April Angels. Run free, my love. You deserve it!
Kathi,
Oh, my, Lord!!!!!! I have not laughed so hard like I did watching this, in a very long time!!!!! I am literally sitting here with tears coming down my face from laughing !!
Thanks for sharing this today, and I hope anyone needing a lift today sees this, what a treasure!! You are right, doesn't matter what language this is, everyone knows exactly what is going on....! Those wonderful Labs and Goldens! And those of us that have done the Lab or Golden "experience" can surely relate to this !!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Hahaha that was hilarious! The music made it even better! Thanks for sharing that!

Smore is my tripawd kitty who adopted me one summer evening. She had an injury to her front left leg and had to have her leg removed July 17th. She was only 3 or 4 months old at the time. Now she moves faster than some four legged cats!
