You know the harnesses you see for little dogs at the regular pet stores. I think Titan would benefit from a harness instead of a collar. Do they even make those for big Big BIG dogs?

I couldn't begin to say how special Sammy is to us. Living and laughing with and loving this wonderful boy is priceless.

The large Ruff Wear Webmaster harness goes up to 48".
Check out the ezydog harnesses too, or ask Tripawds member jmhatch for more details about those he owns the company!
What benefits are you thinking? If you're seeking better control, we found the right tool for Wyatt was a prong collar.

Well, it maybe too late because I ordered a harness on-line about an hour ago, and then came back and saw this post. I just tried to cancel it but they won't let me. I called the credit card company and they said the charge already went through.
Titan has the beginning stages Laryngeal Collapse, so he can no longer wear a collar. I want to have him in a harness that is comfortable for every day wear. He doesn't get out of the yard but I don't want to take a chance that he won't have tags and whatnot in case something crazy happens. I got Sammy chipped, but have since read that those can cause cancer. I haven't chipped Titan.

Be sure to let us know what harness you chose and how it works out for Titan.

As we all know, Charlie was quite the harness wearing fool!
I see you ordered one, but if it doesn't work out, let me know. Prior to his amp, I used the little strappy ones. One Halloween, about 100 years ago, he almost dislocated my arm (okay, so a slight exaggeration, although it did hurt for days) all the while choking himself trick or treating with a collar. It was a few days after that I got the gentle leader for the face. He HATED that! I then graduated to the chest harness. It was big/loose on him. I still have it somewhere. All photos of him pre-amp he's wearing it. Looking like a stud.
Anyway, let me know.
