Thanks to a forum topic posted by jerry advertising upcoming canine cancer walks, we found one in our area!! We will be walking in the Los Gatos 1st Annual K9 Cancer Walk October 10th, 2010 to celebrate Chloe's recovery and in memory of our dog Bonnie who lost her battle to lymphoma many years ago.
Chloe and I are really looking forward to this and so as a way to give back to the pawsome tripawd website, we would be honored to write the name of your beloved friend on the back of our T-shirt in order to walk for them! Just leave a comment with your dog's name, either your current cancer survivor or one that has passed and I will be sure to write them all on my tee!
I will post photos of the event along with a photo of the finished T-shirt! Thanks and we look forward to walking for tripawds and 4 leggers alike! If you have already posted their name on my blog, no need to retype since I will keep a list going! That goes vice versa as well… Thanks!
-Chloe's mom
Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog

Tasha lost her battle and became my Angel on May 4 2011. Forever in my heart….
How great for you two to participate in the Cancer Walk.
Don't you need to be sponsored, like by the lap or by the mile?
I would be proud to offer you a small amount of sponsorship and to have my 'fur-daughter' JD's name on Chloe's shirt of honor.
Just contact me through my Blog (JDs one tough girl) here on Tripawds.

We would be so honored to have Mackenzie's name and my other dog that I lost to lymphoma on your t-shirt too - Keoke. Awesome that you're doing this! What a wonderful cause! And if you need any sponsorship or donations, please let us know!
Kami (Mackenzie's Mom)
My sweet golden Mackenzie. She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2 although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home. She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009. She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes. I love you Mackenzie!
Monkeybutt.
Bwahahahaha!
Just kidding! Would love to see you wear "Monkeybutt" on your shirt!
Seriously, can you add "Rugby" - Comet's furever soul mate that died of hemangiosarcoma last year. (Rocket aka Monkeybutt is her new brother [nuisance]).
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Hi Chloe's mom,
I plan on attending the walk with the pugapalooza crew, unless family business interferes. The Nor Cal crew did the Elk Grove walk in April and we had a good turn out for Team Tripawds. Maggie was there with us then, but this time will be with us in Spirit.
I look forward to meeting you and Chloe.
Karen and the pugapalooza
So I decided to make my own Tripawd Chloe shirt and bandanna for Chloe since I was worried I might not have time to write everyone's name the day of the walk... I already got a sketch done for each and today I will buy the supplies to make it! Will put up picts of the front and back to show you how awesome it looks!!
PS Cometdog, I think the appropriate place to put Monkeybutt on my shirt will be on the bottom near my butt as the "butt of a joke" so long as that seems OK with you....
I look forward to meeting you too Karen with your pugapalooza!!

On the contingent that you take pics!

How cool! I, too, would be honored if you added Maggie's name to your t-shirt! Can't wait to see the photo's. That walk is just 10 days prior to Maggie's 1 Year Ampuversary Wish I could join in but it would take us a while to get there from here in Maine...
Tracy, Maggie's Mom
Maggie was amputated for soft tissue sarcoma 10-20-09
Maggie lost her battle with kidney disease on 8-24-13
So here is a picture of the bandana on my faux Chloe (Ty beanie dog) and a picture I blew up and traced onto a shirt! Will start writing names on the back once it dries… Sorry this photo is so HUGE, I am new to my mac and I don't know how to make it not 1.1mb…
And to Tracy, the whole point of the shirt is so I can walk for people who cannot make it, so no worries! Chloe and I would be happy to walk for Maggie!!
