It was an honor to have Barney, and his rich Tripawd history visit us in Chicago. It is heartwarming and heartbreaking reading the stories of so many canine heroes and their loving humans. What a priceless record of their extraordinary lives.

Chicago knows how to show Barney a good time. What a beautiful, sunny day.
Barney looked pooped! Tossed into the cold lake....getting his eye ripped out...being nursed back to health by the monkeycats...wow. Who did the surgery? That looked like a pretty technical operation. How's his vision now? Does he need special glasses? Maybe if he does, the next clown who gets him wouldn't dare hit a Barney with glasses!

Awwwwwwww, we were hoping that Barney would be heading back out West. Rio is being totally outnumbered here by monkey dogs! Four to one! (Although two of them are really small, so it's really more like two and a half to one.) We are still hoping for our chance to show Barney our dental work.

Chloe became a rear amp tripawd on 7-29-10. Another tumor was removed on front leg 2-20-14. Found 3rd tumor on neck 2-2015, but she's still kicking cancer's butt at age 14. Chloe's blog
