I tol' y'all!!! Now that they are endorsed by you, official spokesdog, I think everyone will want to try to get one!
As for me, I am laying off of them for now... Want to look super trim and sexy for our meet up on the beach next week... 😉
Kisses...
Abby, TWPSMCG
Abby: Aug 1, 2009 – Jan 10, 2012. Our beautiful rescue pup lived LARGE with osteosarcoma for 15 months – half her way-too-short life. I think our "halflistic" approach (mixing traditional meds + supplements) helped her thrive. (PM me for details. I'm happy to help.) She had lung mets for over a year. They took her from us in the end, but they cannot take her spirit! She will live forever in our hearts. She loved the beach and giving kisses and going to In-N-Out for a Flying Dutchman. Hoppy belated Birthday, Wyatt! Finchy is totally jealous of you for 2 reasons: 1) you get to see Abby up close and personal, and 2) you got a Flying Dutchman- we don't have In n Out by us. Hope you had a great day!
Diagnosed with OSA: 5/2/2011 Ampuversary: 5/11/2011 OSA returned in hip: 8/26/2011
Chili Dawg crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 8/30/2011 & is now pain free. He was my heart dog, and I miss him every day.
Hmmm. weird. My post didn't save.
Paws up to Abby for turning us onto these great burgers! Little MB Rocket loved them! (crumbled up...he doesn't like big stuff handed to him!)
And Super Happy Birthday to you Wyatt Ray !
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
THAT is the best birfday present evah! Thanks Cometdog, I love you!

I think In-n-Out burgers are Linda and Bernie's favorite part of any trip we've ever taken. The photo below is from our most recent trip to Carmel a few weeks ago in mid-December. We've considered doing the Flying Dutchman on several occasions, but in our case it's just not practical. Our mutts ride in the back seat, and since neither Linda or Mr. bin Laden are known for their table manners, keeping the burgers between two buns avoids a lot of mess.
OMD. That picture is priceless.
Love it. We could always hit up In N Out en masse when you guys are here next week.

Oh good gawd.
It's Wyatt "shut up" Ray Dawg just like I remember him!!!! I had to sit and watch his loud mouth pose for that picture! His mouth is open because he is ready to say something.......something LOUD!!!! Now I have to see this picture on an avatar! UGH.
It's good the world is ending in 2012. UGH.
SHUT UP WYATT.
Love the picture of Bernie and Linda!!! I wish we had In and Out in Washington!!!!

Someone is very quick on the draw with that camera, or those are two polite pups you have there. The photo looks totally posed, something Wyatt would never do with a burger within a foot of his mouth!

You've met our pups, so you know perfectly well that "polite" is not a word that should ever be used to describe them. But having taken our share of trips to Carmel by now, and having fed the mutts some In-n-Out on all of them, Diane and I have the process for taking these photos down to a science. She holds the burgers just out of reach until their heads are in the right position and I'm ready to take the shot, then gives them the burgers at the exact same instant and quickly moves her hands so I can take the picture before the gluttony begins.
Plus, both dogs are always somewhat stunned at the size of their good fortune, so they (especially Linda) can usually be counted on to vapor-lock and hold still with the burgers in their mouths for a second or so as they try to figure out how to inhale it all in one gulp. Then there's a brief moment of eyeballing each other, since by their reasoning they figure that if the other dog also has a burger and seems to like it, then obviously it's better than the one in their own mouth. But it wouldn't do to take chances, so they quickly move to opposite ends of the back seat and gulp down the loot as fast as possible to discourage any commando raids by the other dog. After all, you can never be too careful where free burgers are concerned…
