well a whole year ago today My gorgeous girl went to the vets for her wrist plating it didn't quite turn out that way. The vet called he'd found a tumor so her leg was amputated there and then . She had quite an easy recovery a few sleepless nights but no complications she just got on with it. She had chemo and dealt fine with that too.
Many times we have thought she may not make it to a year but she has. These days she sleeps a lot but i think she always did. She still loves to run on the beach which she did quite a lot of on our holiday last week. We had our celebration yesterday a massive new toy she doesn't seem that impressed with a huge treat, liver for dinner and she has sausages today
I still tell her everyday i love her she amazes me and makes me smile having 3 legs has made her even more special, and sometimes she is naughtier with 3 legs than 4. Not sure she will make it to 2 years but we can hope am i am sure she will make it to 13 months everyday she is here is a blessing and i try never to take it for granted. i will post a few pictures from the last couple of months.
finally just thanks for being here.
