How to start yohr day...with love, sloppy kisses, big paws and tail wags!

Waking up happy: http://youtu.be.....ect5ogx_3U

Aso...That wild and crazy guy Frankie decided to go on another marathon run out of his ESCAPE PROOF YARD! Fortunately he did NOT take Marry Myrtle! On l y because she would not be able to jump over the four ft. railing on their deck/pprch!. Yeah, only thing I can figure is he humled/climbed/pulled himself up and over the rail and jumped down to the "freedom'side!! Came home that night...did NOT hear his usual off key, shrill, ear piercing vocalizations...and immediately k ew so ething not good!!

A few minutes later I hear this panting sound and Frankie Hucleberry Hound is returning completely exhausted and willingly goes into the house...after fhree more minutes of running around first.

This isn't the exact spot...but it shows you the rail. Where I think he jumled out at least had steps kn the other side.
Anyway, this is what he looked like and sounded like...cut ul the volume. He could not have been happier and more p@ea20150420_112206_zpscudy06tg.jpgImage Enlarger

That crazy Frankie.  I can't believe him.  You are going to have to put some sort of screen up there and keep him screened in or something.  What a goof.

Talk about me not having any room in bed.  At least you sleep normal in yours.  My dogs hog the bed horrible.  Now I am so used to sleeping oddly in bed that I couldn't sleep normal anyway LOL.

I love it.

Hope Michelle doesn't mind me sharing this little "chuckle". She told me one time the "puppies" (almost 200 lbs worth) were hogging the bed so badly, she just gave up and slept in their Big Barker Bed in the floor!laughing

Just wanted to throw in a couple kf "mug" shots while I'm at it. Why is it that they always have slime in their eyes anytime you take a clpse ul!? Gon a have to get me o e of those photoshop kits on this thing!

Nope don't mind at all.  Have gotten kicked off the bed more than once by those guys LOL.  Now Bosch & Sassy never did that but these 2 definitely bed hogs lol

WOW.... that's a lot of dog love in that bed!!! :-)

And even though Jasper Lily is only 17 pounds, I find myself sleeping like a contortionist from time to time.. she likes to curl up in the spot where my legs bed and moving her (or me), I hear either a low-growl or the moan... she is SO vocal. I'll try and record it!

The best is when she cuddles up on her pillow next to my head in a little ball. Shelby used to do this too but as she got older, it was a dangerous place to be as she became a tad gassy ... Jasper has never had a gassy incident (I find it hard to believe she doesn't fart but I've never heard or smelt it).... but I do love little ball of Jasper Lily snuggles right next to me!

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife

Aww Sally, what a great way to wake up!

I got to go visit those 4 hounds again last week and the pawrent told me that they are trained for hunting and are runners. The are very protective of her children. She said that they get between her/her husband and the children to protect the children from the parents! The kids will like that when they are teenagers!

I met another hound that knows how to open doors so they have to put him on a rope now. One morning he opened the door, went to another property (rural area so no one locks their doors) where he opened the door and crawled into bed with the woman who lives there! That would have been a surprise. Luckily she likes the dog.

Who was Frankie visiting? Oh the tales he could tell...

Hugs to all,

Kerren and Mona
