Okay, here's the backstory of bonded brothers and I think you'll see why these two hounds have been pulling at my heartstrings♥️

Oh my DOG...or should I say DOGSSSSSSS? 
They are so so so cute! Of course they were meant to be with you, Frankie and Myrtle. They kinda look like Frankie's distant cousin 😉 And that smile on YOUR face says it all!
The descriptions of each one on the website are so detailed and thoughtful. You can tell that the folks who run the sanctuary are as in-tune with animals as you are. Clearly, they care a lot about who adopts their animals. And I'll bet they knew YOU were "the one" from the moment you arrived to meet Cash and Hank.
SUPER BIG CONGRATULATIONS! Sally, you have such a generous, loving heart. These doggies won the lotto! We can't wait to follow along with their adventures in Sallyland!

Cash and Hank do not yet know it, but they have just hit the mega jackpot! They are such an adorable pair and are going to have the very best life together with you, Sally. You have a heart of gold and I can't wait to read about all the adventure you will have when these brothers join your family. Sending you and them so much love! 
Griffin lived an amazing life for 11 years! Diagnosed with osteosarcoma on March 17, 2020, Griffin's right forelimb was amputated on April 2, 2020. Ten days later he was running and playing fetch! Lung metastasis discovered in July 2020 did not slow down Griffin and he lived joyfully for the next 7 months, passing peacefully at home on February 11, 2021. https://griffin.tripawds.com
Thanks Jerry and Stacy!!!♥️♥️ And yes Rene, it's a very nice "rural shelter" No clanging cages and echoing concrete walls. Lots of large open space for each dogs and lots of space inbetween. Each has their own outside shelter with open space views.
It's official!!!! Have a few things to do around here to make things ready for these two hounds. Have to coordinate some days off ina row, etc so hope to have them here in about two weeks
I'll be bombarding you with pictures and the "greeting"with Murtle and Frankie. I'm sure it will be full of shrill hound dawg howls and Murtle's deep woof. wooof. For now Cash and Hank will be in one yard and share a common fence line with Myrtle and Frankie in their yard.

WHEEE! Of course they said yes, you are AMAZING and it shows from the moment you meet a human OR an animal.

Sort of would like to give them a "furever home" name, but would have to sound similar to their names now so as not to confuse them. Not sure how "tuned into" the name of Cash and Hank they are anyway.
But I DO like their shelter names. Hound dogs with sort of a (Johnny) Cash name and a Hank (Williams) fits them.

Murphy had his right front leg amputated due to histiocytic sarcoma at 7 years old. He survived 4 years, 2 months & 1 week, only to be taken by hemangiosarcoma at 11 1/2 years 6/12/17

I saw this a couple days ago but had to save and wait. I'd like to say congrats Sally, but congratulating the lucky pups might be more in my mindframe❤❤❤

Frankie and Myrtle aren't thrilled about these "intruders", so everybody still separated. . I've "introduced" them through a shared fence line....Hank and Cash very chill and just walked away. Frankie and Myrtle quite vocal about their displeasure. It'll work out in time though. For now everybody 's happy having their own space and their own routine and their own individual time with me.
Cash and Hank settled in very quickly as far as lots of wagging, tails held high, coming to me for pets, etc. ing dogs
