There is a place near our house that does free animal communication and readings once a month. I took Jasper over there to see about her 'low-growl'. It quickly became about Shelby (the communicator was reading into her energy) but she did say that Jasper has lots of 'colors' in her life/world. We focused on a vibrant green and that Jasper sees a "fog" and it concerns her and there is negative energy in her life. And that Jasper has a lot of different things going on (probably from her past). But she does not see 'dead people' in the true sense. But she does see Shelby ...
and thus Shelby's blog today: http://mom2shel.....tradition/
To have two animal communicators communicate the same message to me about Shelby and her spirit world is eerie and makes it even more real. She is indeed with me every single day. She watches over us. And that does help my heart a bit.
It's a long blog (sorry) but I had to get it out somewhere before I forgot it all.
Hugs and love,
Alison with the Spirit of Shelby (and little Jasper too)

Our story: Broke rear leg in June 2013 - non-conclusive results for cancer so leg was plated and pinned. Enlarged spleen in September 2013 and had it removed and was diagnosed with Hemangiosarcoma and started chemotherapy. Became a Tripawd January 8th, 2014 and definitive Hemangiosarcoma diagnosis. Three major surgeries in 7 months and Shelby took them all like a champ only to lose her battle to cancer in her brain. We had 8 amazing extra months together and no regrets. #shelbystrong #loveofmylife
Amazing how that works huh? I wonder what the negative energy is around JL?
I am glad you had a good day with her. I need to check out the blog

During spin/yoga today, I was thinking about Jasper's reading ... and the more I thought about it, perhaps it wasn't so much 'negative' energy in her little brain but rather lots of voices (the communicator said noise and the 'fog' makes Jasper growly)... so greeeeaaaattttt... I've got "Sybil" here...
I know even more that this was Shelby's doing ... her spirit definitely lives on!

Oh Alison,
Your Sybil reference has me giggling over here. I went and left you a posting in the blog.

May you finally be healthy and running free at the Rainbow Bridge. Until we meet again my sweet boy!
Thank you for ALL your kind posts on my blog ... it means a lot. I am still feeling the goosebumps from our reading and knowing that Shelby lays by my bed at night makes me feel safe and secure.
As far as "Sybil" ... she was out with her doggy BFF yesterday and had a blast and is crashed out today! Sadly, I am at work so I know when I get home, it will only be a matter of time before her new bat crazyness starts ... daylight savings has not been good to us. She somehow missed the memo about an extra hour of sleep! She now wakes up at 4 a.m. (thinking it's 5) !!!
But we got an extra long walk for her yesterday with some good 'squirrel hunting' - notice her balancing on two legs using only her one front paw for extra balance! Show off w/her strong core!
