Hey Kerren and Petra
Yes sweetie, Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet were "born" in Verona, Italy
What other country could be remotely as romantic ????
Well, Pedro and Woody are best friends and they were Miss Cow's favourites, she would always take one (or both) to bed, my beloved Eurydice ...
Whether they are in love ... I don't think gay love applies to penguins and woodpeckers but, as the story unfolds, who knows
We used to live in England, Petra (take a look at Eureka's travel logs Eurydice's travels in Europe 5 months after amputation) and that was very good news for initial cancer treatment as Eurydice could come home right after each IV session unlike France where law compels overnight stay at the hospital which we both would not have liked at all ...
Yup, my baby girl is busy at the bridge, it has been a non stop pawty!
But being an Angel means she can be anywhere, anytime, so we get to have her with us on our travels
Speaking about travels ...
... we decided to take a look at Verona's Roman arena ...
... it's Opera season here and they're playing Aida tonight ...
Eurydice 77kg/170lb Great Dane limping end of April 2016, amputation (right front leg/osteosarcoma) 4 May 2016 6 courses of carboplatin followed by metronomic therapy, lung mets found 30 Nov 2016. 3 courses of doxorubicin, PET scan 26 Jan 2017 showed more mets so stopped chemo. Holistic route April 2017. Lung X-ray 5 May 2017 showed several tennis ball size mets, started cortisone and diuretics. Miss Cow earned her XXL silver wings 12 June 2017, 13 months and 1 week after amputation and 6 1/2 months after lung mets, she was the goofiest dawg ever and is now happily flying from cloud to cloud woof woofing away :-)

LOVE these adventures Teresa! We are so lucky getting a tour of far away places we wouldn't otherwise see.

i had commented on this forum to Euridice and Teresa and it had appeared to go in just fine. In the last little bit there has been numerous emails from Euridice, directed to this forum but I get a message saying that the discussion can’t be found?
I went to my subscriptions and I can’t see my comment on there anymore?!
would appreciate your help. Thanks

Are the emails directly from her, or are they your subscription emails? Can you share the URL of the bad links with us?

Do you mean your comment in this discussion forum? You're right, it's not here. Not sure why. But your current post (this one I am responding to) showed up. Perhaps when you tried commenting earlier your connection dropped or there was a hicccup. Not too uncommon. I'm sorry for the frustration.

There was a point when I thought I had lost it, then when I changed screens ( sorry I can’t remember exactly what I did) but it came up. I was pleasantly surprised as I thought I would have to redo the comment. But then when I started to receive email alerts from Euridice forum and that’s when I found that my comment was in fact gone.

I copied a picture into forum that you started for me regarding the error report.

As I had mentioned before, yes there was a slight hiccup while it was saving.
Thanks for your understanding, hiccups are to be expected, we are dealing with computers after all! Sometimes we love them and sometimes we don’t!!! No frustration, just a bit concerned, but I am now in the loop... NO MORE IPAD EMOJIS!!!
Oh yes, gay love applies to penguins so I imagine woodpeckers also. At the very least they are best of friend encased with Eurydice's dried drool. The three of you look so beautiful together with Angel Eurydice's beautiful heart above your heads.
As usual, thank you for sharing your travels with us.
Many hugs and fond thoughts of you and our special Miss Cow.

Yay, I see that my post did show up! I hadn’t even checked page 5!!! Sorry admin, I was obviously very confused! Thank you!!!

Teresa, Euridice was a very Luck girl to have gone on so many exciting travels with you! It’s no wonder she is still an excellent travelling spirit!
It was about 15yrs ago that my cat Odus went for Radiation treatments for Hyperthyroidism and had to stay in the hospital for 10 days behind a glass window... nobody was allowed to touch him and he was a super snugglepuss! They told us that we weren’t supposed to have him on our lap for two weeks after he came home, but I had to break all their rules on that one! Isn’t it wonderful that we can feel enough love for our pets, that we would even travel to the ends of the earth for them?!
many hugs and kisses to you all!
Petra and her Clan xoxoxo
... after Verona Mom took us to the most beautiful place on earth and one of Miss Cow's favourites ...
... Venice 💗
... Venitians have a soft spot for Danes, they call them Alano, and in Eurydice's case she was an Alano Arlequino, a little cow 💕🐮💕 ...
... we're waiting for the vaporetto to take us up the Gran Canale ...
... are we going, are we going ???? says Pedro ...
