I got unsubscribed (second time, grr) sorry I missed your posts! I am anxious to see what the doc tells you. How is her mobility? Is she getting around better as time passes?

I am so very happy for you sp_hearticon2

Hugs,

It's about three weeks, right??   She's mobile, using her litter box, eating,  drinking, can do stairs (which is amazing!) and resting.  To me, especially  for a "mature" kitty, she doing really, really well!  Still being a little low key is how she continues  to help her body heal.  She probably feels like upstairs is a safe little quiet sanctuary and makes her feel more confident  up there.

Nope, don't  see any reason for concern on any level.  You do have to rem that, as a senior, she's not going to be doing zoomies.  She's doing exactly  what she wants to do and when she wants to do it..  Smart kitty.

Hugs

Three weeks and she has totally rocked this! Pittens has done so well with this, truly amazing on a huge level. We have seen kitties half her age not do as well.

And yay for clean margins!! Woo hooo!! Doing a full blown happy dance for you guys sp_hearticon2

Sumi, you have done an amazing job with her too! I know it was very stressful, but give yourself a pat on the back too... you did fantastic with her!

At the end of the day, you have gotten exactly what you prayed for. You have your Pittens back, she is pain free, healing well, and you get to spend that quality time that you were so afraid would never happen. Win, win, win!!

Sending big hugs your way and chin scratches to your girl sp_hearticon2sp_hearticon2sp_hearticon2

Thanks Jackie . you all helped me soooooooo soooooo much!

she has gotten her spark back today. she went outside but then ran and fell. she is moving about quicker now...quicker than she has been in such a long time with that terrible sarcoma! . this was the best decision to make.
