Hi Tammie & Welcome,
We are sorry to hear your kitty had an accident in the house we understand you are terrified. Tell us about your kitty how old is she? Is she is at the vet having the surgery or is the surgery done? Is she home?
Purrkins is a front leg amputee he did lose his leg to cancer he is the same happy kitty on three and can do all things kitties can do. We have modified the home by adding steps, rugs and cutting out the litter box. Once you get thru recovery life returns to a new normal on three. Cats adjust so well to three legs after recovery I know you will be amazed.
If you would like to read about Purrkins, we have documented his recovery and journey here- https://purrkin.....ipawds.com.
Let us know where you are at on this journey & how we can help ok!
Hugs!
Holly & Purrkins❤️
