My Great Dane, Zayda, is having her front right limb amputated tomorrow due to cancer. We are looking for a size L or XL harness (80-85 lbs, about 36" girth) to use with her for during recovery. Thanks so much for your consideration.

I would lovingly offer one that was forwarded to us - the Tripawd - size XXL. Should be perfect. It was given to us by Magsdad. Maggie didn't use it much as she was a rear leg amputee. My boy was nearly 6 months post amp - we had not needed one, but felt it would be good in the future and for a planned RV road trip. Sadly, his cancer was back and we lost him before I ever even put it on him.
So I offer it to Zayda it in Maggie's and Pofi's memory.

On October 27, 2016, nearly 6 months after amputation, and 18 months since his cancer likely started, we lost Pofi to a recurrence of Soft Tissue Sarcoma in his spine quite suddenly. His canine sister also succumbed to cancer on March 1, 2019 - we lavished her with our love in the interim, but life was never quite the same without her only real canine friend. Cliff kitty had to leave us, too, suddenly, in August 2019. Lucia kitty grieved all these losses, but helped us welcome two new Lurchers into our home and our lives, Shae and Barley.
