Oh Jim! That is sooo kind of you! I know it's kind of bittersweet, but such a life affirming way to honor that precious Maya. I think about her often. She touched us all.
I know the firsts" are rough too. The holidays...yeah, real rough. There's a delightful post Michelle made under "Coping with Loss" about Christmas at the Bridge. I think it will warm your heart.
How is that sweet Barbara dping? Have Jethro and Lily welcomed her into the pack? I really hope you'll update and post pictures. Nothing brings about big grins more than pictures of Bassett Hounds!
