Please email me if interested. I will send her your way. The float coat  is a size large. It was a bit snug for Fortis but is indicated for dogs with a girth of 31-40 inches. RuffWear told me that although Fortis was near the 40" mark that I should go with the L because a snug fit was better than the float coat  being to loose. Thank you.

Coop is getting Fortis' float coat smiley

I can't say that I have smiled much this year but tonight that changed. The thought of Cooper, Ken's pup,  wearing Fortis' float coat literally brought tears of joy to my eyes and yes, a big smile to my face. Thank you Ken. I pray you get to use it for a long long time.

As I already told Brett... Cooper and I both consider it a high honor that Cooper will use Fortis' float coat this spring when the Iowa lakes melt. Back in October - Faith and I watched videos of Fortis swimming and it gave us so much hope and inspiration for our boy Cooper. At that time we were still lost in our despair over Coopers situation but reading and watching the videos of Fortis was one of the huge catalysts to the hope we found here at the tripawds website. Thank you Brett for the gift of hope and the inspiration you have given here....

Very nice.  Cooper, you better get some video so we can see.  Thanks to the magic of Fortis, Cooper will be a Michael Phelps in the water!

Her Retired AvatarComet - 1999 to 2011

She departed us unexpectedly  January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.

She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
