What a DAY! How we wish we could have been there, it looks like such fun. Thanks so much for sharing those pics.
Who knew that a bunch of strangers could come together like this, often under the worst of circumstances, and create something beautiful?!
You guys are such an inspawaration to us and everyone who comes here looking for support. Thanks for taking the time to get together and keep the magic going.

What a spectacular party!! The pics are so fun to look at! Even Bernie looks well behaved! And Lylee's pink cape is awesome!
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.

We're looking to connect with others. Ellie is going in for surgery tomorrow (9/23/11), I guess we'll be official members!
We live in Marin County (San Anselmo) and looking for people to help all of us with this transition.

I just posted in your other thread...
The NorCal Tripawds group tries to get together once a month. We aim for the second Saturday of each month. We meet at the Mill Valley dog park at 11:00 am.
I don't know if the October meet up will happen- we haven't discussed it yet. Shelby's people usually start the thread.
Again- good luck with the surgery tomorrow.
