Hey Everybody!

Haven't forgotten. Narrowing down the location to one dog park now and we will know very soon where we will be meeting.   Etta's Mom Julie has been so gracious to help with the search of the best dog park in the area to meet all of our tripawd/pawrent needs. laugh  The general location we are looking at is in the Valley - off the 405 and 101 if you want to check it out on a map.  In the meantime, what is a good time for everyone? I was thinking about 11'ish since some of you need to head back on long drives.  How does that sound?

So be there or be square!

Kami, Mackenzie & Kobe

My sweet golden Mackenzie.  She became my angel on Dec 29, 2010 at the age of 8 1/2  although she was always my angel from the time we brought her home.  She was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in Sept 2009 and officially became a tripawd (front leg) on Nov 5, 2009.  She will be forever in my heart and now she's running free with all of our other tripawd heroes.  I love you Mackenzie!

You're a mind reader, we were just talking about the pawty. Thanks so much for taking charge with this!

11 am works for us too.

As soon as you know the park name let us know, we would love to write a press release to notify the L.A. Puparazzi about our big pawty!

They want to know...has the pawty location been selected yet?

Sadie is my 9yr old Rott/Shepherd mix. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma in her right scapula 1/28/10. Our brave girl had her amputation 2/13/10 and her last chemotherapy on 6/6/10. Unfortunately, a tumor appeared in her back right leg and on 10/7/2010 Sadie's earthly journey came to an end.  On 10/24/2010 we adopted Ranger, a handsome Rott/Lab mix tripawd (got hit by a car) I think Sadie sent him to us.

Hi Everybody!
We have picked a place - sorry for the delay. It's an off leash park in Encino called:
Sepulveda Basin Off Leash Dog Park
17500 Victory Blvd
Encino CA 91408

I'm not at my computer to send you the link but will when I'm able to. You can google it if you want to check it out. It has lots of space, picnic tables and parking. As we get closer will designate a meeting area for all of us. So let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Excellent!

Yes, I'm ready to roll!

Tell Ranger, no monkeybutts allowed!  So, he will have to give that lovable monkeybutt a hug next time!

Whoohoo! Sounds like fun!  I'm a little bummed about rule #13, but I can understand why they wouldn't want a bunch of drunk dogs (especially drunk tripawds) around wink  Wyatt, Ranger says he won't start trouble with monkeydawgs, but he sure will finish it! Paws or jaws, it's all up them laughing
