Our Roxy is almost 3 mo post-op. She is fully healed and doing well with great mobility. She is fine during the day but whines a whole lot at night. Sometimes it seems just giving her attention but it is pretty much every night, either right at bedtime or later in the night. Thoughts?

Firdt thought that comes to mind is she's overdoing it during the day and has some soreness and stiffness at night as awell result. What's her actvity level like? Front leg or rear? Does she do stairs right before bedtime?
With yiur Vet's approval, you might try a low dose of Tramadol or Gabaw and see if that helps. Also do some good massaging all around his shoulder, up and down his back, his neck etc.

I'll echo Sally's questions and insight. If she is getting too much activity too soon, all of that fun could be catching up to her later in the day. Tell us more about what her day is like. Are there other dogs in the house? Stairs? Slippery floors? Is she overweight at all?
Seeing a canine rehab therapist to get her evaluated would be really beneficial., not just to help pinpoint the cause but to help you learn about the best way to keep her fit. A professional therapist can tell you where her strengths and weaknesses are, and how you can help her get strong and stay injury free.
