Let recovery begin!  Don't forget, recovery isn't a really fun time, but once it is over good times begin.

Let recovery begin!

Very glad to hear that it went this smoothly. I remember that Cherry spent the night and when we went down to "bail" her out, she literally pulled the tech across the room to get to us. Once home, she settled in nicely and we began the "two weeks from hell". As we discussed in our chat - present as posititve attitude as possible to Libby. She will pick-up from your emotions and if you are down, she will be as well. If you need to loose-it or scream, just step outside and let it all out. Compose youself and go back with a great smile. Luckily, the prognosis for this type of cancer is not as bad as many of us (and for that we truly are glad), so you can use that fact and long term prognosis to help. Keep you eye on the quality of Libby's life.
