Once again, Oslo wanted to share a part of his medical history with Peanut. Maybe he was jealous of all the attention she got from her mother this week? What a good idea it is to catch a bug! pffff
So Oslo scared us this morning with heavy panting, all his body quivering, no appetite at all (he is a greedy dog usually) and fever. His fever went up as high as 40,4 C . At some point, he asked to go outside and he just layed down on the snow. And the snow was melting under him There is no way I could have taken a picture of him tucked in his bed like Peanut (even tough a silly part of me wished I could) .Fortunately, we were able to talk to our vet even if the clinic was not officially opened yet. And we got antibiotics at once. He is resting now (fever has lowered) and so do we.
Hope it's nothing serious.
Comet - 1999 to 2011
She departed us unexpectedly January 23, 2011 at the age of 12 1/2.
She was born with a deformed front leg and a tripawd all of her life.
Oslo, it's not funny to scare your momma like that!
Glad to hear he's resting and has some meds in his system. Peanut says Oslo just melts the snow because he's a hot, hunky boy. 🙂 Hopefully he'll feel better soon. We'll be keeping an ear out for how he's doing.

Oslo, we are so glad to hear you're feeling better. Just curious but what kind of bug did you catch?
