Aww that's great she's doing so well! Really, her lack of appetite sounds normal for a dog at this point in recovery. The pain meds really do a number on them and unlike humans, who will eat pretty much no matter what, dogs are smart and instinctively know to save their energy for healing instead of digestion. I would mention it to your vet but she should start eating real son. As long as the pooping and peeing is normal things sound like they're going well. Hang in there!
