No emergency or anything, but I did leave her alone without her buster collar for about... 2 minutes, and that was more than enough time for her to pull out the tube that she had in for drainage. There is good news though, there wasn't a drop of drainage. She pulled out the tube, which was perfectly clean, and the entire area was clean and dry. The area which I thought was swollen, went down considerably, because of the amount of tube she pulled out. So now that spot on her chest is much smaller. And also... she was apparently very happy and comfortable with this change, because I didn't hear a whimper or snort, or really much of anything. She just needed that thing out!
I've contacted my vet, who said all is well, and I don't need to do any follow up tonight for the now missing drainage tube. She goes in tomorrow for a drop off checkup, (which she was scheduled to get the tube out anyways, but she jstu couldn't wait!) so hopefully that goes by without a hitch.
And just look at this guilty smirk.
Silly girl...lookin' good though!

And she looks real k y HIGH!!! Have you checked the Tramadol bottle to see if she polished them.off? Perha perhaps you'd better check to see if she's been lurking around any wine or vodka bottles...are they empty?
Really am glad Molly is doing well! She's just beautiful!

That's funny, because today was her first day OFF of the Tramadol. I think she was just happy to be herself again. xD
Glad to hear things are going well for Rox....even though she got rid of that pesky tube on her own....

Now Rox...just because you got rid of that tube does not mean you need to start moving onto your staples...you silly girl!!
Keep us updated on how the vet visit goes.
Sending positive thoughts that all is well and Rox is on her way to full recovery!!
