My dog started chemo injections this past Monday and I'm wondering how concerned we have to be around her saliva, especially because we have a newborn and my wife is breastfeeding.
In the days following her injection is it ok if she drools on our bed and our leg touches it? Can I handle her food and water bowl without gloves? When is it safe for her to kiss us or for us to not have to be concerned about her saliva.
She gets injections every 3 weeks.
