Thanks for all the words of wisdom. Brody thinks he has to follow me everywhere which isn’t new, but hard for him to rest unless I just sit in chair. I am not good at that. So I left the house for a while today hopefully he rested. I was also at my peak anxiety level because he couldn’t lay still while I did my usual things on my day off. I think we both needed a break.
