Read about Nucita in one of the blogs on our form. Has anyone use this product? Sounds like something wonderful especially for a pet that has had an amputation .

I have not used this for an amputation yet but it is commonly used after ACL or other knee surgeries and I have also used it for GI surgeries.  It is a local anesthetic that lasts in the tissues for 3 days and allows you to use less pain meds post-op.  I think it is very promising for amputations.
