Her WBC was 3.5 or something. Has to be over 5 to give it. We will increase her raw food this week and hope for next week. The vet said it is not unusual at all, as the body tries to adjust to the chemo.  This protocol stars at a high dose of vinblastine and pred and goes down everyweek, so it probably hit her hard. Good news is she is feeling pretty good, a bit down here and there, but eating great. She gained half a pound, so I will have to keep a watch on that. She is eating apples right now for a snack, with my son.  So, a good week so far, boo on the chemo, but in a new week now, three weeks post-op and going STRONG. All of us.

Hi Alicia,

Sounds like Pixie is doing really well!!  Mag had to postpone treatments a couple of times because of low WBC- not unusual at all.  It's great that she is feeling good- only a little tired.  I hope she continues to handle the treatment well.

Good to hear that Pixie continues to do well. Skyler never had to postpone chemo, but I was told it's not unusual to do so -

Hope you all get lots of rest and continue healing!
