Paula, I just read your post about Max and I am sorry.  I haven't been on in a while, it's been busy!  But it sounds like you are doing the absolute right thing for Max.  Livin' it up Labby style!    I hope you have many more fun days ahead and that he makes it to his birthday for a big shindig in his honor!
