Thank you Shari. I can't believe she is gone either. I have her brother as well, Bubba Chunk. He slowly is starting to realize she is not hear. We have to help him cope as well. It is not easy to lose her at all but she lived an amazing life and she brought so much joy, love and laughs to us. My girls have never experienced a loss like this so they are working through it. They are amazing and say that they are happy she is in heaven running on 4 legs again.
Thanks again for your thoughts
Your Tulip was given the very best chance and you really, really k ew er so well. Clearly she didn't want to go through anymore Medicines and I think, given how things went quickly, that was a really good intuitive move n your part.
Didn't realize when I posted on your other spots that I had seen this great video of Tulip. I went back and loo,ed at it again....use, bittersweet.....but the SMI.es she brought to my heart pushed the sadness away for a few seconds.
You did such a great mob of caring for her and loving her and spoiling her!! She will take that love with her and leave you with tons of her love and joy in your heart FOREVER.......FOREVER!
Thank you for letting g us share part of the courageous tenacious little Bulldog named Tulip.
You have displayed a grace during this time...and a devotion to your Tulip that we all admire.
Surrounding you with peace and love,
Sally and Happy Hannah
Happy Hannah had a glorious additional bonus time of over one yr & two months after amp for osteo! She made me laugh everyday! Joined April's Angels after send off meal of steak, ice cream, M&Ms & deer poop!

I'm so sorry you lost Tulip, you gave her a wonderful life.
It is hard on the pup left behind. My pug girls had been together for 9 years, when Maggie passed Tani was really lost, she had never been an only pug before.
Tulip will always be in your heart and so will always be by your side.

Bubba Chunk......one of the first est names in the land for Bull Dog........will be sad for awhile too. Hold onto each other and k ow that we are also wrapping our arms around you both. You couldn't have provided any more loving, compassionate care for your sweet Tulip.

Bonnie, I just can't believe it. I'm so sad that we didn't get to know your sweet girl more, she was such an amazing Tripawd. I'm so very sorry.
Please take comfort in knowing that she was one-of-a-kind, and will go on to give inspawration and hope to others who also have dogs in very unique circumstances. She will always be a Tripawd hero.
My heart goes out to you, please feel free to start a new topic in Coping with Loss and share more stories about her, we would love to hear them.
Many condolences coming your way...

I'm so sorry to hear your girl has passed. Tulip lived an absolutely amazing life, and you are right, she did beat all the (dumb) statistics that are out there about age and illness. Her story will be an inspiration to many. Sending healing thoughts to Bubba and your entire family.
Bonnie,
Very sorry to hear of your loss! May you always have those wonderful memories of Tulip. Hang in there, as this will be a tough time but you will get through.
All our thoughts and prayers,
