As mentioned on another post, Shooter is going on Lomustine for treatment of MCT. When I picked up his first dose at the vet, they said they were told it was no longer being
produced and the price would go up due to lack of supply. Has anyone heard this elsewhere? I;m just wondering why and if this is not the way to go if it can't be obtained anymore.
Spirit Shooter was a Miniature Australian Shepherd who was diagnosed with a MCT and had a LF amp 1/28/13 at 13-1/2 years old.
Shooter crossed the Bridge on 8/28/13, his 7 month ampuversary and two weeks from his 14th birthday.
Darn, I have no I formation but I, like you, would wonder if it's not being produced, WHY? And, to me that means maybe there is something better being produced in its place.
