Hi everyone! Wanted to stop by and say that Ciara completed her 5th and final round of chemo this afternoon!

We go back in 3 weeks to re-check x-rays to see if anything has appeared. I suppose we'll also hear about additional treatment options. I would need some serious convincing to do anything more. Since she has chondrosarcoma, I don't know that we want to push it anymore considering I haven't read anything that indicates chemo has an effect on the disease.

Either way, I'm very proud of my girl and glad we got everything finished! Thanks to everyone's support on Tripawds - this is such a wonderful community and I'll always be grateful that I found it in our time of need! heart
